Our specialized team produces designs, analyzes the data of each design according to the customer’s needs (and creates solid models of any kind) using CAD/CAM. We, then, incorporate those procedures into the production of each part.
CAD/CAM Service
We offer flexible and customized solutions for creating post processors for Topsolid and NC-code for multi-axis CNC machines in cooperation with the largest manufacturers of tooling, work-holding and CAD-CAM software. This enables us to improve the processing times with state-of-the-art processing cycles and innovative processing methods.
Department of Automated CNC Machines (CNC Department)
Our CNC Department consists of multiple 3-axes horizontal turning centres as well as several 3 and 4-axes heavy duty machining centres with a processing ability of up to 2 meters.
Conventional Machinery Department
At our facilities you will find a vast range of conventional machinery for any kind of processing. Indicatively, we possess drills, heavy duty lathes up to 4 meters, gear cutter, wedge cutter, heavy type boring, heavy type radial and iron band saws.
Welding-Constructions Department
Welding is done with MIG/TIG machines, following certified procedures WPQR EN 15614-1-2017 by licensed and certified electric welders.
Laser Marking Department
Our fiber laser gives us the possibility not only to mark but also to inscribe numbers, texts, images (e.g. logos) and to imprint QR codes on most types of construction metal, like aluminum, INOX, steel and bronze. So, we are able to give to our, as well as our customers,’ creations a unique touch.
Quality Control and Assurance Department
At the Quality Control Department all certified raw materials and repaired machine parts are checked using modern CMM machinery and verified measurement tools. The constant improvement of our company’s quality control with the most state-of-the-art equipment and the development of our manpower are both fixed procedures of strategic importance for us.
